They are welcome at the Golf Drouot. But on the 23th september in Rennes (Salle de la Cité), Gene meets a real success : « A very enthusiastic crows recognized the introduction of « Bird Doggin » and demonstrated its joice, the curtain rose, people got on their feet...Gene stood there, holding on to the microphone, swinging it, and the crows shouting. Some people were dancing in the alleys, some stood up on their chair. Gene performed “Say Mama”, “Long Tall Sally” “Hi-Lili, Hi-Lo”,...and ended with “Be-Bop-A-Lula”, sung along by the public.
